Join us at McHarper Manor as a Cheesemonger from Whole Foods Market joins us to teach you how to make a charcuterie board. This hands-on workshop will teach you all about the different types of cheeses, meats, savory & sweet items that you can add to your board to make it unique. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced entertainer, this class will give you the skills and knowledge to create a stunning charcuterie board that will impress your guests. Join us at McHarper Manor on Thursday, July 25 at 6:30 PM for a fun and educational evening of charcuterie 101.

 

Our instructor will cover how to make your selection of items, what to pair them with, and most importantly - you get to enjoy what you make as you  will leave this event with an amazing charcuterie board, and all of its ingredients!

 

Materials included:
a sampling of  3 cheeses

a sampling of 2 meats

a sampling of  savory & sweet accompaniments 

a charcuterie board 

 

Due to the nature of this event we will not be able to accomodate individuals with severe food allergies. 

 

Only ticketed guests will be permitted to attend this workshop. No spectators, please. Class seats for this session are non-refundable but always transferable to another participant of your choosing in the event of your illness or inability to attend.

 

This class includes all materials, and professional instruction. No experience is necessary.
