Guests choose their own pottery, select their own colors, and create at their own pace — making this a fun, flexible option for smaller birthday celebrations with kids, teens, or adults.

A Cozy Space for Smaller Celebrations
Due to the size of our Revelry Room, we can comfortably accommodate:

Up to 10 children + a maximum of 2 adult chaperones/participants
OR
Up to 8 adults
​
** Children’s parties in the Revelry Room are designed as drop-off-style celebrations with the birthday child, invited friends, and up to two adults remaining.

Our Full-Service Creative Parties offer much more room and are likely a better fit.
What Does Self-Guided Mean?
This certainly doesn't mean "you're on your own." Our team will welcome your group, explain how pottery painting works, and help guests get started just like we always do for anyone visiting our studio.

With this party style, everyone chooses their own pottery and paints at their own pace. Our studio team is available for questions and assistance, but there is no dedicated party instructor or guided group project included with the Revelry Room rental. We're always happy to help your guests stay within a specified budget, or choose pieces that would be perfect for your event length.

How Your Pottery Party Works:
1. Reserve the Revelry Room:
Choose your date and reserve our private party space for your group.
​
2. Choose Your Pottery:
When you arrive, each guest gets to choose their own pottery piece! We’re happy to help your group stay within a set budget or allowance, and can also recommend pieces that are a good fit for the amount of painting time available.
​
3. Paint + Celebrate:
We’ll give everyone a quick pottery-painting overview and help your group get started. From there, guests can paint, visit, snack, and create at their own pace.
​
4. We Glaze + Fire Your Creations:
Leave the finished pieces with us! We’ll glaze and fire them, and your group’s pottery will typically be ready in about 10 days.
​
To make pickup simple, all pieces from the party are packaged together for one group pickup, typically under the name of the guest of honor.

​Revelry Room Rental — $25
A $25 flat room rental fee is due when you reserve your party and includes:

2 hours of private party time

30 minutes before your party for setup
-
15 minutes after your party for cleanup and gathering belongings
Pottery Painting Costs
Each painter pays an $8 Studio Fee, which covers all paints, glazes, tools, project prep, and firing.
Pottery is purchased separately, with pricing based on the ceramic piece each guest chooses.
This way, your guest are welcome to choose different pieces, and we're happy to help your group stay within a set budget or allowance. Typical party figurines are $18

Because you've reserved a private party space, you're welcome to bring food, drinks, birthday treats, gifts, favors, and simple decorations for your celebration.

We'll provide the creative atmosphere — you bring whatever makes the celebration feel like yours.

Please note: Party treats, gifts, decorations, and birthday celebrations are not permitted at our regular public pottery studio tables. A party package or Revelry Room reservation is required for celebrations.
