Celebrate with a private, instructor-led creative experience designed around your child and their interests. From clay and sculpture to mixed media, crafts, painting, wearable art and more, our parties go way beyond a traditional paint party.
We provide the project, instruction, private studio space, setup and cleanup — so you can actually enjoy the celebration, too.​
Your Party Includes:
2 Hours of Private Party Time
Your group has our McHarper Manor creative classroom reserved for your celebration.

A Guided Creative Experience
Our team leads your guests through a hands-on project selected especially for your group.

10 Participating Artists
Your package includes up to 10 project participants, including the guest of honor. Additional
participants can be added for a fee (up to 20 guests.)

Setup + Cleanup
We prepare the creative space and supplies and handle the post-party cleanup.
​
Time to Celebrate
Your two-hour reservation includes creative time with the activity of your choice, plus time for food, cake and gifts.

Our full-service parties can include clay, sculpture, mixed media, fiber arts, drawing, painting, pottery, wearable art, imaginative play, crafts and more.
Have a kid who is obsessed with dragons? Fashion? Animals? Miniatures? Dolls? Food art? A favorite book, game or completely random niche thing they haven't stopped talking about for six months?

Many of our experiences can be customized around your child's age, interests, theme and creative style, and we're always happy to help brainstorm an idea that feels like them.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what project you want. Give us an idea of what your child loves, and we'll help you find the right fit.

Shrinky Dinks, tie-dye, spa days, wearable art, wands, mixed media and plenty of things that don't fit neatly into one art box.
Imaginative Experiences
Adopt-a-Pet, doll-themed projects and creative experiences that combine art-making with storytelling and play.

Full-Service Creative Party Pricing
$375 for up to 10 participating artists
Each additional participating artist: $25

Our parties are designed to comfortably accommodate up to approximately 20 participating guests while allowing everyone to see, hear and receive help from the instructor. Have a larger group in mind? Reach out and we'll talk through the possibilities.

A $100 non-refundable deposit reserves your party date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your celebration.
​
Some specialty or customized project requests may include an additional materials fee. We'll always discuss those details with you before your party is finalized.

Looking for something smaller and more casual? Our "Revelry Room Pottery Parties" are self-guided and best for drop-off celebrations with the birthday child, friends, and up to 2 adults.

Cake? Decorations? Absolutely.
Your private party reservation includes time to celebrate!
You're welcome to bring pre-made food, birthday cake or treats, drinks, gifts and simple decorations for your group. We'll provide the creative space — you provide any food, serving supplies and personal party touches you'd like to add.
Party hosts may enter the studio up to 30 minutes before the scheduled party time for setup.
Because this is a working art studio with events scheduled throughout the day, we ask that setup and party times stay within the reserved time blocks.
