Beginners Art Club (Grades 1–3)

Late Fall session: October 15 – December 10 (8 weeks)
No class November 26 for Thanksgiving week
Seasons are changing, and so is our creativity! In this 8-week session, young artists will explore drawing, painting, mixed media, printmaking, and 3D sculpture. Along the way, we’ll create at least one gift-worthy artwork—perfect for the holiday season.
Students will:
Learn about famous artists and their styles
Explore the elements of art (color, line, pattern, texture, and shape)
Build cumulative skills with professionally taught lessons that go deeper than standard school art classes
Class sizes are intentionally small so each child receives one-on-one attention. Instruction is Montessori-style, allowing every student to work at their own pace and ability level. Homeschool families are warmly welcomed!

8 classes total (Oct 15–Dec 10, no class Nov 26)
All materials and professional instruction included
No drop-ins or makeup sessions; pricing is for the full season only
Families will receive email details on drop-off and pick-up prior to the first class
Requirements:
Minimum 6 students required to hold the session
2+ instructors/assistants present at all times
Student-to-teacher ratio: never more than 6:1
Art is for everyone—no prior experience needed!

We regret that we cannot grant refunds or credits for event registrations upon customer cancelation or no-show.
We reserve the right to cancel events and classes due to low enrollment, staff sickness, extreme weather, or other conditions beyond our control. Registrants will be notified via email 24 hours prior to class if an event is cancelled for low registration, and every attempt will be made to contact participants as soon as possible in the event of emergency cancellation.
