Revelry Room - Private Party Room Usage

Service Description

Welcome to our private party space: The Revelry Room! Here, you'll have access to your own mini-fridge, countertop ice maker, high-quality Bluetooth speaker to play your favorite tunes, and don't forget: the artistic atmosphere! Our space is so inviting, you won't even need to bring party decor; unless - of course - you want to! The Revelry Room is great for smaller groups, and can seat 8 adults comfortably for painting. For children's events, you can easily seat 10 painting participants. Please note - only 12 people permitted in the party room, including chaperoning adults for childrens' parties. For larger parties or children's events geared towards attendees under the age of 8 (where parents might be inclined to stay for the duration), we suggest booking a McHarper Manor private party with pottery programming. Our McHarper space can seat up to 40 comfortably! Guests will choose their pottery pieces and glaze from a wide variety of options. Upon completion, all pottery pieces will be labeled with the painters' names and consolidated into one single pickup for your group. Pieces will be ready for the designated party-pick-up-person in 10-14 days. In our space, you are always welcome to bring your own food, drinks, treats, and favors! We have no restrictions on food and encourage you to celebrate and feed your guests based on your specific needs and preferences. Need help planning food, or advice on how to prepare? We've hosted hundreds of parties and we're happy to give you our best suggestions, from which pizza place delivers square pieces for kids, to who should cater your shower! Party Room Reservation Fee is $75 non-refundable for private use of the space for a 2-hour window. Studio fees and pottery pieces balance will be paid on the date of event based on participation with a minimum of 6 painters. If less than 6 painters are expected, reserve a table in our open studio.

Cancellation Policy

You are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the event start in order to set up your space. You are welcome to bring any tablecloths (Party room table measures 60"x60"), balloons, or decor that you'd like! Please use only painters tape to hang decor. Please no tacks, nails, command strips, or duct / masking / scotch tape. You are welcome to bring any food or treats you would like without restriction; we do please ask that you provide your own paper service for food and drinks (plates, napkins, cups, utensils, etc). As a reminder, when booking the revelry room (versus a full service McHarper or Curious Kiln birthday party package) the $75 reservation fee is simply a non-refundable charge for your private use of the party room. All painting will be self-led, and you will be responsible for studio fees + items painted per participant. The party room minimum purchase is $150 for any group (average 5-6 painters) and you will settle your balance with the cashier at the close of your event. All pottery pieces will be labeled for you with the painters' names and consolidated into one single pickup for your group. Pieces will be ready for the designated party-pick-up-person in 10-14 days. If you are interested in a more full-service birthday party experience with a dedicated party host / paint attendant, please let us know and we can give you options for switching your event to a party package. These packages are suitable for groups of 8-10 children in the pottery studio's revelry room, or up to 40 participants in the McHarper Classroom.
