Seasons are changing, and so is our creativity! In this 8-week session, young artists will explore drawing, painting, mixed media, printmaking, and 3D sculpture.

Students will:

Learn about famous artists and their styles

Explore the elements of art (color, line, pattern, texture, form and shape)

Build cumulative skills with professionally taught lessons to harness and grow your students skill and love of art.

*Instruction in this class is individualized, allowing each student to work at their own pace and ability level, and ages/grades are based on suggestion. While students explore projects as a group, individual goals and expectations are adapted based on each child’s age, experience, and skill level.

Class sizes are intentionally kept small so every student receives personalized guidance and one-on-one attention.

No drop-ins or makeup sessions; pricing is for the full season only

Families will receive email details on drop-off and pick-up prior to the first class

Requirements:

Minimum 6 students required to hold the session

Student-to-teacher ratio: no more than 6:1

We regret that we cannot grant refunds or credits for event registrations upon customer cancelation or no-show.

We reserve the right to cancel events and classes due to low enrollment, staff sickness, extreme weather, or other conditions beyond our control. Registrants will be notified via email 24 hours prior to class if an event is cancelled for low registration, and every attempt will be made to contact participants as soon as possible in the event of emergency cancellation.
I/We give permission for photos/videos to be taken of all participants registered for this activity.

I/We understand that photos/video may be published online, in printed materials and/or for other promotional purposes, but only to help document student work and illustrate McHarper Manor and the teaching artists. I/We hereby waive any ownership rights, as well as any right that I/we may have to inspect or approve the finished product in which a photographic or video image may be used including the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
This agreement releases McHarper Manor from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during classes, camps, workshops, or events. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold McHarper Manor entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in any hands on event, class, camp, or workshop. These include but are not limited to burns, cuts, slips, falls, or other injury. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

By registering and signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against McHarper Manor for any reason. In return, I will receive participation in the event for which I am registered. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
